ROWER INFORMATION
Arrival Time: ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES COMPETING AT 08:05 AM MUST ARRIVE AT THE BOAT TRAILER AT 06:30 AM. ALL OTHER STUDENT-ATHLETES TO ARRIVE AT 08:00 AM.
This event will be different from the others. The first HHSRC event (Men's 1st Varsity 8+) will be at 08:05 am, and the next event will not be until 10:00 am (Women's 1st Varsity 4+). Therefore, there will be a staggered arrival time.
Drop-Off Location: You can drop off at the venue, but you will not be able to park there.

WAIVERS FOR SIGNATURE
Rowers are required to sign waivers before this event. All rowers under 18 WILL require a parent's signature. You will not be able to row without the waivers.
All student-athletes MUST complete BOTH online waivers below:

SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Parking: 7601 U.S. 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637-6759. Please limit vehicle traffic into the racecourse venue by going directly to park at the SWFMD Office parking lot at 7601 US 301 North.
What to Bring: Comfortable chair, water bottle, sunscreen, hats/visors, UV protection clothing, umbrellas, money for regatta merchandise, and your biggest voices to cheer the team on. Check the weather. The current weather forecast as of this email shows 22% rain, with a high of 88 degrees (feeling like 90 degrees).
Food: Unlike Sarasota, this venue does not have many food options. If you are interested in purchasing a spectator meal ticket for food prepared by our hospitality chair and parent volunteers, click here.

Spring Sprints event organizers are seeking volunteers. Volunteers are needed for launch drivers, stake boat holders, the start line, and the finish line. Volunteering will go towards your family volunteer hours, AND LAUNCH DRIVERS WILL CREDIT THE CLUB $100 FOR THE DAY. Must have good upper body strength for Stakeholders. Sign up here.

Please note: the boathouse will be very busy, and the docks are used only for launching and recovery. You will not be able to view races from the boathouse. The races will start parallel to the lighthouse on the tip of Harbour Island.
The best viewing locations are:
Channel Drive on Davis Island (Best Viewing Spot)
GPS: 1 Barbados Ave, Tampa, FL 33606 (will take you to the start of Channel Drive)
Look for our group on Channel Dr between Chesapeake Ave and Biscayne Ave (the start of the course).
Our Hospitality Chair will have coffee, light snacks, and cowbells. Bring a chair and any morning treats you’d like to share!

Halloween Regatta Details:

Arrival Time: 6:30 AM, with the first race starting around 8:19 AM.
Parking: All spectators must park at the SWFMD Office Parking Lot located at 7601 US-301, Tampa, FL 33637. A $5 donation to the Boy Scouts of America may be requested. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
Waiver Required: All rowers must have a TARA/PHRA waiver completed.
